Sorry for my late reply, i was out ;P i just wanted to add that if youre going for a high dex build (i.e. dex is your main offense stat), you should infuse the twinblades with a sharp gem. This makes them scale off dexterity with an S rating (best possible scaling).The build I'm currently using is that I get a lot of lothric knightsword infuse one of them dark gem, lightning gem, chaos gem so that just in case there's a boss that's resistant to one of them I just immediately switch to the lothric knightsword they're weak to and then I have 40 faith, 40 intelligence, 30 dex and 30 strength, I then have ring of favor, pontiff right eye, chloranthy ...Every enemy has a DEF stat. This gets subtracted from your AR when you do a single hit of damage. So the amount of damage that you actually do to the enemy is about AR - DEF. When you do your two-sword attack, this ultimately counts as two hits; but the AR for each hit is lower than it is for a one-sword attack. Say, it's 60% of your AR or 0.6*AR.Claymore is a great early dex weapon. I prefer it in some areas because versatile moveset, high AR, and relatively fast swings.
