This was a great workout. I got 1.58 power walking on the treads today. I went heavy on the floor. I started heavier and went lighter for some exercises. It was nice to see some tread time in there. I'm at over 16 miles for marathon month. I'm averaging about 3 miles every two days. Trying to be done with marathon month next week.
