Anyone running a similar combo and what kind of results did you get out of it. Haven't fired it up yet, just wondering if I'm going to be pleased with my build.When the AKA Fuelie heads came out. They were a lot better than what we were dealing with. They were signature marked with 2 humps on the end of the head. And the nick name Camel Hump was born. Summits got some new, ported ones flow [email protected] lift, screw in studs, and springs good to .520 lift (stock will only handle .480) $650 for the pair.Flow characteristics, on double hump heads are very limited, even with drastic porting they wont flow much past .550 lift with big inch sbc. Also if you run much more than 350-360 ci your really limiting the power potential, on 283-327 they run awesome and if are in good shape can be freshened up reasonable priced.My guess is that the camel hump heads are probably good for 15-20 hp on a street engine just from the compression ratio increase. Flow will be close to the same.
