From the factory, Kimber uses a Series 70 extractor, a Series 70 grip safety, a Series 80 firing pin stop plate, and a proprietary firing pin (esp. for the Swartz.) You can use either an S80 or S70 extractor in a Kimber, it makes no difference. You cannot use an S80 grip safety with a Series II Kimber.
