From all the forums and such that I have read and looked into it seems this place is basically a portal to nothing in the Northeast. That being said I understand some packages don't get scanned as they should and some do, while some take priority over others, but I just ... One blames the other for lost and missing packages and there is no accountability and neither organizations answers to anyone. My package has sat at ISC Chicago since 24 APRIL with no movement and no scans.

Another case of stuck Inbound out of Customs at ISC Chicago. Priority Mail International Parcels from Canada Post. I would like to know if once the status changes to inbound out of customs is it in USCBP jurisdiction or USPS. TK. My status said released from customs before it said inbound out. It's been in that status for 22 days.USPS told me my package was in “customs” as a response to my missing package request. I’ve been waiting it out and not giving up hope after seeing so many of your packages finally moving out of ISC Chicago. Not sure if that is the same as customs or if my package is really lost though. Does anyone know?
