sleeping with it flipped i just got my septum pierced and i have to hide it from my parents lol. i was planning on keeping it flipped up throughout the whole healing process and i was wondering if it's okay to sleep with it flipped up? also can i clean it while it's flipped up..I got my septum redone about two weeks ago.
