Well for haz 5 it honestly comes down to player skill. Not one build or overclock is gonna carry you through everything and a build may not fit your playstyle. The only one true way of getting better at haz 5 is to keep playing haz 5 no matter how many failures you have and learning from your mistakes. You should always keep it out, so you can quickly take out few grunts, or ranged bugs. However, don't bother with many bugs, since of your limited ammo count.
