Am 23. August 2020 eröffnet das Jüdische Museum Berlin nach über zweieinhalb­jährigem Umbau die neue Ausstellung mit dem Titel: Jüdische Geschichte und Gegenwart in Deutschland. Die vorherige Dauerausstellung war von 2001 bis 2017 zu sehen und wurde nach Angaben des Museums von über elf Millionen Besucher*innen besichtigt.Jüdisches Museum Berlin. Das im Jahre 2001 eröffnete Jüdische Museum Berlin gehört zu den ungewöhnlichsten Museen Europas.
