You probably need a re-charge, there's a low pressure sensor that won't allow the compressor to kick on when the system is low on refrigerant. The relay should be in the fuse box under the hood but I don't believe that is your problem.The fuse has blown three times before & when it did the van would not start. one time i had to replace the fuse twice & then the van started and the a/c worked fine. this time i replaced the fuse and the van starts but the a/c compressor clutch does not ingage. the van only has 13,000 miles on it.
